Door Supervisor – Pubs & Nightclubs (Dudley)
Hourly Rate: £14.24 | Part-Time | Evening & Weekend Work

KBG Security is a trusted provider of professional security services across the West Midlands. We specialise in protecting the public at busy nightlife venues such as pubs, bars, and nightclubs. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for licensed, reliable and professional Door Supervisors to join our Stafford team.
The Role
This role is ideal for individuals who can manage dynamic environments and contribute to creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere for patrons and staff. You’ll be responsible for entry control, conflict management, upholding venue policies, and liaising with management and emergency services when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access at venue entrances and exits
- Check IDs and ensure compliance with licensing laws
- Carry out searches where required, in line with legal and venue policy
- Maintain a highly visible presence to deter unwanted behaviour
- Respond to incidents calmly, professionally, and in accordance with the law
- Work closely with venue staff and emergency services when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image
- Complete accurate incident reports and shift logs
- Observe surroundings and report potential risks or concerns
Shift Availability
- Primarily Friday and Saturday nights (between 8pm–4am)
- Additional weekday evening shifts available depending on venue

Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential)
- Previous experience in licensed venues (pubs/nightclubs) preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Smart, professional appearance
- Reliable and punctual
- First Aid certification desirable (or willingness to obtain)
