Signature Windows & Doors is a well-established, family-run business specialising in the supply and installation of premium A-rated windows and doors across the North East and North Yorkshire.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Window & Door Fitter with a minimum of 5 years' installation experience to join our installation team. We take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.
The Role
As a Window & Door Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality installations at residential properties throughout the North East and North Yorkshire. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure every installation is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Install uPVC, aluminium and composite windows and doors.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and to company standards.
- Carry out finishing and remedial work where required.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers on site.
- Transport tools and materials between job locations.
- Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience fitting uPVC, aluminium and composite windows and doors.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Own tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional and hard-working attitude.
