We are a small beauty and wellness salon in Altrincham, and are looking for someone to join our friendly team.
We offer a range of treatments including massage, facials, waxing, gel nails, pedicures, and tinting. Our clients are at the centre of everything we do, and we love to go above and beyond with our customer service. The successful candidate must have this mentality too. We also try to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, and only use brands that have the same ethics as us.
We believe that skills can be taught (two team members are also Beauty Trainers). We're looking for someone with outstanding work ethic and a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate must:
- Be qualified, or working towards a beauty qualification
- Be warm & friendly but extremely professional
- Work efficiently and keep a clean tidy work space
- Be eco-conscious, sustainability is very important to us
- Have a passion for natural skincare
- Be flexible, reliable and trustworthy
Various training will be encouraged and provided for the right candidate. The days & hours are to be negotiated but must include some weekend and evening availability. We can also be flexible with regards to being employed or self employed.
