Key Tasks
1. To have responsibility for providing a fully comprehensive Housing Allocations Service across the Association.
2. To provide an efficient administration service across the Association.
3. To ensure all relevant systems are updated of move in and move out information in a timely manner.
4. To provide an excellent customer service to all Service Users and Stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To have responsibility for providing a fully comprehensive Housing Solutions Service across the Association.
1.1.1 To undertake assessments with Service Users at a range of locations, providing advice and guidance around the referral and allocations process; generate mainstay assessments, initial support plans and substantial risk summaries.
1.2 To work closely with the Service Lead and Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing to ensure suitable allocations are made.
1.3 To work closely with the project staff in order to ensure all frontline services involving referral, assessment and allocations are maintained within the out of hours’ provision.
1.4 To undertake initiatives to ensure all Service Users experience a positive journey throughout the Association, including Mystery Shopping and developing, generating, maintaining and interpreting customer feedback through their Forum journey and at exit stage.
1.5 To undertake marketing, promotional, educational and homeless prevention work, using a number of methods including visiting stakeholders and attendance at events in order to promote the Association and its work.
2. To provide an efficient administration service across the Association.
2.1 To provide administrative support to the Association’s Management team when required including generating letters, data input, generating reports and any other administration tasks required.
2.2 To provide onsite ICT training, support and troubleshooting service.
2.3 To monitor and input data for all monthly KPI information and CORE submissions.
2.4 To ensure all service users are advised at assessment and allocation stages of their responsibility to ensure rent is paid in a timely manner.
3. To ensure all relevant systems are updated of move in and move out information in a timely manner.
3.1 To have overall responsibility to complete all move in and move out details on the SASSHA system.
3.2 To use the SASSHA system effectively in order to coordinate the management of voids.
3.3 To ensure the daily monitoring sheet is kept updated with progress of void works.
4. To provide an excellent customer service to all Service Users and Stakeholders.
4.1 To provide a polite and courteous service at all times.
4.2 To develop, support and maintain a range of relationships both internally and externally to ensure Service Users receive a proactive, high quality service and outcomes.
4.3 To have and demonstrate a high degree of good customer service skills, showing empathy towards Service Users with challenging behaviour.
4.4 To ensure sound decision making and judgement in respect of the operational delivery
of Association Policy and Procedures and relevant Legislation and Guidance Codes.
4.5 To ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, particularly in details of Service Users at all times.
5. General
5.1 To participate in any training that may be considered necessary in developing the
work.
5.2 To work in accordance with the Association’s Safeguarding Accountability Framework
at all times.
5.3 To treat everybody with respect and demonstrate commitment to Equality and
Diversity.
5.4 To promote good practice through adhering to the Association’s Policy and Procedures
and demonstrating the Association’s Behavioural Competencies.
5.5 To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as may be required by the Management and Senior Management Team.

Pay: £26,289.72-£29,663.52 per year
