Summary
We are seeking a Signalling Civil, Railway (CRE) to join our team in the UK. Based in various locations around the south and the midlands, this role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality railway signalling projects with precision and safety. As part of our team, you will contribute to shaping the future of railway infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop signalling civil engineering solutions aligned with project specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of signalling systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and CAD.
- Conduct site inspections and testing to verify system functionality.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the signalling department
- Qualifications
- Full time contract role -Outside IR35
Applicants will be required to demonstrate suitable evidence with up to date CV and recent QUADS along with associated documentation.
- Proven experience in railway signalling civil engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and CAD software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of system design principles for railway signalling.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in civil or signalling engineering are preferred.
