Production Operatives – Food Production

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our food manufacturing team. You will be involved in the preparation, processing, packing, and handling of food products, working to high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on food production and packing lines
- Preparing, weighing, and packing food products to specification
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
- Following HACCP and BRC procedures at all times
- Meeting production targets and efficiency requirements
- Conducting basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production preferred (but not essential)
- Must be physically fit
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in chilled conditions.
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- MUST have Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
