We are a fast growing company and specialise in the installation of heat pumps, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Renewable Energy Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling renewable energy . Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote renewable energy products and services
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product delivery and installation schedules
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in renewable energy
- Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise client engagement opportunities and meet sales targets
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, email communication, and presentation applications
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and optimise sales activities
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and relationship-building
