TEMPORARY- MATERNITY COVER
We are looking for an experienced cook to come and join our busy nursery team.
You would be required to prepare and create healthy meals for the children including morning snack, hot lunch and afternoon tea, taking into account various childrens dietary requirements.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage your own time and organise yourself appropriately.
You would be responsible for ensuring stock rotation and completing weekly shopping lists and maintaining the kitchen is kept clean at all times.
You must have a sound knowledge of cooking techniques, health and safety, food hygiene and be aware of the food safety agency and the "safer food better buisness" guidlines.
Essential qualifications are Basic Food Hygiene/Food Safety Level 2
