Job Summary
Boeuf is looking for a Pot Wash to join our small but mighty team for two shifts a week, alternating days each week with the other Pot Wash.
The Pot Wash role is not only essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment but also directly contributes to the overall speed of service. As a Pot Wash, you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware are thoroughly cleaned throughout service to aid the rest of the kitchen team and the front of house staff in delivering an outstanding culinary experience.
Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitise all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Ensure all glassware, cutlery and crockery are cleaned in a timely manner so that they are readily available for front of house staff.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring that clean items are readily available for food preparation.
- Dispose of waste materials appropriately and maintain an organised waste disposal area.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Skills
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others in a team-oriented setting.
- Good communication skills to liaise with chefs and front of house staff.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Shifts
The shifts available are:
- Thursday 6pm - approx 10:30pm
- Friday 5pm - approx 10:30pm
- Saturday 6pm - approx 10:30pm
- Sunday 1pm - approx 8:30pm
You will be expected to work TWO of these shifts per week, but to be considered for the role you must be able to work any of the listed days and times. *We will not consider applicants who are only available for some of the required shifts.*
The expected start date for this role will be 13th August 2026.
