About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sports Coach to join our growing team, delivering high-quality sessions in Early Years and Primary school settings across Harlow and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is rapidly expanding locally, offering consistent work and the potential for increased hours as we continue to secure new school partnerships. You’ll play a key role in inspiring young children, building confidence, and creating a fun, safe environment where every child can enjoy sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sports sessions for Early Years and Primary-aged children
- Adapt activities to suit different abilities and ensure inclusion
- Create a fun, positive, and structured learning environment
- Ensure safety and correct use of equipment at all times
- Support children’s development through encouragement and feedback
- Assist with school events, competitions, and holiday camps
- Maintain registers and basic session records
- Work closely with schools and the coaching team
Requirements
- Experience working with Early Years and/or Primary school children (essential)
- Previous coaching or teaching experience
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Energetic, reliable, and professional
- Passion for sport and working with children
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (essential)

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Experience:
- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
