We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic staff to join our friendly team on a relief contract basis. (This is as and when and is ideal if you have other committments to work around as we are able to offer shifts during certain hours or on certain days)
The home offers 24/7 support for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Our homes are small (1, 2 and 3 bedded) and therefore the role requires high elements of lone working; self motivation and the initiation to provide a stimulated environment is essential.
You will be required to work in a team delivering person centred care and will be expected to support individuals in all aspects of their daily living including, accessing the community and personal care. The role involves shift work including weekends (your availability can be discussed pre-interview).
