About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Shop Assistant to join our team in Pulborough. This role requires working every Saturday, with the ability to cover additional shifts during staff holidays and sickness. This position would suit someone with a flexible schedule who can support the business when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers and operate the till
- Handle telephone enquiries
- Load and unload washing machines and dryers
- Carry out ironing and laundry tasks
- Keep the shop clean and organised
What We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience in laundry or ironing (full training provided)
