(End of Tenancy / Post-Construction / Commercial Deep Cleans)

About Cleangenix
Cleangenix is a London-based professional cleaning company delivering high-standard cleaning services to estate agents, landlords, developers, property managers, and commercial clients.
Our work focuses on end of tenancy cleans, post-construction / sparkle cleans, and commercial deep cleaning. These are inspection-level cleans — not domestic maintenance cleaning.
Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our network of reliable, self-employed cleaning contractors.
Type of Work Available
Successful contractors may be offered:
Primary work (fixed price):
- End of Tenancy cleans (EOT)
- Vacant property deep cleans
Additional / occasional work (hourly):
- Post-construction / builders / sparkle cleans
- Commercial deep cleans
- Emergency cover and short-notice work
Hourly work may involve on-site supervision and, depending on the job, equipment provided by Cleangenix.
Requirements
You must have:
- Proven professional experience in End of Tenancy or deep cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-standard work
- Ability to complete a full deep clean to inspection / handover standard
- Registered as self-employed (or willing to register)
- Public liability insurance (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transport or a dependable method of travelling to jobs across London
- Good communication and reliability — missed jobs are not tolerated
For EOT work, you must also provide your own professional equipment, including:
- Vacuum cleaner
- Professional-grade cleaning chemicals (oven cleaner, descaler, degreasers, etc.)
- Carpet cleaning machine (highly desirable but not essential)

- Larger properties may be allocated to two cleaners (pay split accordingly)
