We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Entertainment/Activity Team Leader for the 2026 season to work closely with our Complex Customer Experience Manager to deliver a fun and variety of high quality entertainment including indoor and outdoor activities in accordance with Richardson’s Core Values, Mission and Vision.
Key Responsibilities
To assist in planning and delivery of a high quality and varied entertainments/activity programme for the site;
To assist in the fostering and maintenance of strong, collaborative relationships with agents/artistes to ensure the delivery of best-value high quality performance;
To promote the safety and well-being of our guests with particular regard to children, young people and vulnerable people;
To assist with assessing relative popularity/profitability of acts/entertainment events and modifying entertainments programme in light of same.
Duties
- To assist in ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of professional performance in entertainment events;
- To deliver the entertainment and activity programme to the highest standard including instruction of activities;
- To assist in providing regular performance feedback to members of the Entertainments Team in accordance with Company Guidelines;
- Hosting events;
- To assist with the planning, design and stage team shows to the highest professional standards;
- To ensure the safety and security of all entertainment and activity equipment;
- To ensure self and team presentation meets Company standards at all times;
- Maximise retail opportunities by supporting site promotions and developing events to generate future on-site bookings;
- To handle cash efficiently and accurately;
- To attend ongoing suitable development programmes as requested by the company including ‘We R Family workshops;
- To work successfully within a team and to follow instructions;
- To direct and supervise the Team in the absence of the Complex Customer Experience Manager.
Previous experience will be beneficial.
Working evenings and weekends will be included in the working week.

Pay rate increasing to £13.95 per hour as from hours worked week commencing 30 March 2026.
