Working Hours:
Thursday and Friday - 7:30 - 17:00
You will be responsible for:
- Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, pans, cutting boards.
- Cleaning & sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, sinks and grills.
- Cleaning the kitchen once it is closed to ensure ready for next day service.
- Removing kitchen waste
- Supporting chef with basic food preparation – cutting, peeling, and washing food items.
