Early Years Educator
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our dynamic childcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children to explore, learn, and develop essential skills. The ideal candidate will possess a early years qualification such as CACHE, NVQ , BTEC, QTS or BA in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas University and have previous experience working with children.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Supervise and support children during daily routines, including playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being
- Lead and mentor junior staff or assistants to ensure high-quality childcare delivery
- Monitor individual children's needs and adapt activities to support diverse learning styles
- Ensure compliance with all childcare policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
- Foster inclusive practices that respect cultural diversity and promote equality among children
- Support the implementation of early childhood education frameworks and curriculum standards
- Drive continuous improvement by participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities
Skills
- Experience working with children in nursery or preschool environments
- Strong understanding of childcare principles, early childhood development, and nursery best practices
- Ability to organize activities that stimulate learning while ensuring safety at all times
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to early years settings
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with children from diverse backgrounds
- Proactive attitude towards professional growth in early childhood education field
