Property Manager
Bowson is an established estate agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne, specialising in sales, lettings, and property management across the North East.
Due to continued growth in our managed portfolio, we are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property management experience, or for someone looking to take their first step into the industry, who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple responsibilities.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential, student and commercial properties, ensuring that tenancies are well managed and properties remain compliant, maintained, and occupied.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tenancies from move-in through to renewal and check-out
- Collecting rent and handling tenancy-related administration
- Responding to landlord and tenant queries in a professional and timely manner
- Arranging maintenance works, repairs, and property inspections
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and safety requirements
- Liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords
- Keeping accurate records and supporting reporting where required

What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous experience in property management, lettings, estate agency, or a customer-focused role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
