Job Type: Permanent full-time position (day shift). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

What you will be doing
· Supporting the Site Leader with the day-to-day running of the site and deputising in their absence.
· Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
· Assisting with stock management, including ordering, deliveries, replenishment, stock rotation and stock takes.
· Helping to maximise sales, promote products and ensure the store is presented to company standards.
· Supporting the management of the forecourt, fuel operations and site maintenance activities.
· Completing administrative tasks accurately and maintaining site systems and records.
· Assisting with staff rotas, training and day-to-day team support to ensure effective site operations.
· Motivating colleagues and helping to create a positive, high-performing team environment.
· Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, security and safety are maintained across the site.
· Supporting compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, age-restricted sales legislation and licensing regulations.
· Liaising with the Site Leader, suppliers and external partners to support the successful operation of the site.
What we are looking for
· Previous retail, convenience or forecourt experience
· Experience supervising, leading or supporting a team
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
· The ability to work independently and make decisions when required
· Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills
· A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
· An interest in coaching and developing colleagues
· Flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays where required
