At HGV Direct, we are committed to supplying high-quality commercial vehicle and HGV parts to customers across the UK. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an additional Parts Sales Advisor (recently recruited a new member of staff) who is motivated and knowledgeable, with experience in car or commercial vehicle parts to join our team and support our continued success.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, 40 hours per week, with two Saturdays required per month (8.00am from 12.00pm).
Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
- Provide professional advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the correct parts and a consistently high standard of service.
- Apply Product Knowledge.
- Use your technical understanding of car or commercial vehicle parts to accurately identify and recommend suitable products.
- Drive Sales Performance.
- Proactively promote and sell our extensive range of parts and accessories to both trade and retail customers.
- Manage Stock Effectively.
- Assist with maintaining accurate stock levels and support ordering processes to ensure availability of key products.
- Prepare Accurate Quotations.
- Produce timely, competitive quotations tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Work Collaboratively.
- Liaise closely with colleagues across sales, warehouse, and management teams to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery.
Skills

Work Location: In person at our Alfreton Branch, Units 3-4 Ecclesbourne Park Clover Nook Road, Cotes Park Industrial Estate, Somercotes, Alfreton DE55 4RF.
