This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and enthusiastic student to work in the eLearning team, Centre for Academic Development, within a supervised and supportive environment which helps develop transferrable skills for future work or study. We are looking to recruit an eLearning Support Assistant to triage queries received by the team during busy periods, supporting improvements to accessibility of digital content and enhancing the user experience on MyAberdeen.
The successful candidate must be a currently registered student at the University of Aberdeen, and be able to work 15 hours per week, throughout the year. The position will involve working on campus initially, with the option to work from home once training has been completed. IT equipment for working from home can be provided.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 2, £25,783.00 - £26,302.00 per annum (pro rata) with placement according to qualifications and experience.
