Are you an enthusiastic and hardworking individual looking to be part of a dynamic team? The Beeches Hotel is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently carry out basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Collect, wash, and sanitise pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.
- Clean and sanitise food preparation areas, equipment, and surfaces.
- Unload and organise food and equipment deliveries.
- Assist chefs in meal preparation during busy periods.
- Regularly dispose of kitchen waste throughout your shift to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Ensure that work surfaces, walls, and floors are kept in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.
Working Hours:
- A mixture of weekday and weekend shifts.
- Includes both morning and evening work.
- Casual contract, offering approximately 4 to 16 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexibility in working hours is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
