Why Verdala?
We didn't inherit our reputation, we built it. Verdala opened in September 2020, in a market solicitors had run for decades, and did things differently from day one, embracing social media and the digital side of the industry earlier and harder than most. Our campaigns now reach over a million people a month. We sell around 225 homes a year across Dundee, Angus and North Fife, and we're one of the most established independent agencies in the area. We've backed that up with real investment in the tools our team uses: an advanced CRM system, and AI built properly into the business to smooth out the client journey. But the real point of all of it is time. Better systems mean less time on admin, and more time spent on the part of the job that actually matters, talking to people, negotiating, and solving problems for clients. That investment is ongoing, not a one-off. This is a role for someone who already knows the job well. You'd be joining a high-performing, locally renowned office, working alongside a team who know how to close a deal and look after a client properly, without losing the personal touch that got us here. If that sounds like your kind of office, we'd like to hear from you.
