Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history review and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with precision and empathy
- Prescribe medications and treatments following best clinical practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, and home care providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Engage in clinical research initiatives to advance evidence-based practices when applicable
- Support public health initiatives by participating in vaccination programs, health screenings, and community outreach efforts
- Utilize medical imaging results and anatomy knowledge to inform diagnoses and treatment strategies
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid licensure to practice as a GP in the relevant region
- Proven experience in patient care settings, including nursing home, senior care, hospice, or home care environments
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and clinical research methodologies
- Familiarity with public health principles and preventive medicine strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with patients of all ages
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary
