Sabatini is looking for an experienced Barista / Bartender to join our friendly and professional team.
We're a busy, premium restaurant and bar in the heart of Exeter, looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding drinks and customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy, coffee-led venue is essential.
- Confident producing consistently high-quality coffees during busy service.
- Cocktail and previous bar experience is highly desirable.
- Calm under pressure and able to work efficiently during peak trading periods.
- Organised, clean and able to maintain high standards at all times.
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
- Willingness to learn and continually develop your skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing speciality coffees to a consistently high standard.
- Making cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages.
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service.
- Keeping the bar and coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy services.
