As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a confident and personable Self Employed Accompanied Viewer / Canvasser to join our team.
Role Overview
As an Accompanied Viewer, you will be the face of our agency during property viewings. You’ll greet potential buyers and show them around the property, highlight key features, and provide an engaging, informative experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has a professional manner, and is confident working independently.
You will also be responsible for proactive canvassing / leaflet dropping to attract new and future business
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
- Provide accurate information about the property and surrounding area
- Ensure properties are secure before and after viewings
- Give feedback to the vendors, using the branch software
- Represent the agency’s brand and uphold excellent customer service standards
- Travel between multiple properties within the local area
- Canvassing and Touting for new business
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly, and presentable
- Strong customer service approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Good local knowledge is an advantage
- Previous estate agency experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Working days will be Tuesday - Saturday
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
