Ensure the clean and hygiene maintenance of the home. Clean all rooms including fittings furniture, fabric, carpets and equipment, with deep cleaning monthly. Empty all bins, ensure all toilets are cleaned, sanitised and equipped with toilet rolls, soap and dispensers. All communal areas including lifts, receptions and offices to be cleaned daily. All cutlery, crockery, dead flowers to be removed from rooms. To comply with Health and Safety rules and regulations and adhere to COSHH requirements. Clean sanitary and other equipment with particular attention to guidelines for the control of germs and infestation. Washing of clothing and linen as required. Laundry equipment to be maintained and any issues reported. All waste bags and disposal to be undertaken in accordance with infection control polices and prevention. All paperwork to be completed and maintained. Undertake all necessary training and maintain own personal development/learning. Good team worker.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
