We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Programmes Administrator to support the administration of our taught programmes.
Reporting to the Student Administration Manager, the successful candidate will provide administrative support across a range of learning, teaching and student experience activities. Working closely with academic colleagues and the wider administrative team, the postholder will undertake a varied range of duties that contribute to the effective operation of a busy and vibrant School.
Applicants should be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and have experience of working in a busy office environment.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience of maintaining accurate electronic records
- Excellent written, verbal and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Provide a high standard of customer service, maintaining a friendly and approachable manner.
