Painter & Decorator – £170 per day – Luton
RGS Decorators Ltd are looking for 2 experienced self-employed Painters & Decorators to join our existing team on a new-build council housing project in Luton.
Rate: £170 per day – CIS
Start: ASAP
Hours: 7:30am–3:30pm or 8:00am–4:00pm
Payment: Fortnightly, direct to bank
Duration: Initial 2 weeks with possible ongoing work
The Role
You will be working alongside our existing decorating team, helping to push new-build plots forward through decoration, completion and handover.
We are looking for experienced decorators who can work at a good site pace while maintaining a high standard of finish.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card – Blue Skilled Worker preferred
- Experienced Painter & Decorator
- New-build/site experience preferred
- UTR number and registered for CIS
- Own Public Liability Insurance
- Own tools and PPE
- Good preparation and emulsion skills
- Confident with water-based woodwork systems
- Reliable with good attendance
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must follow site rules, RAMS and health & safety requirements

Site canteen and welfare facilities are available.
Payment
£170 per day under CIS, paid fortnightly directly into your bank account by RGS Decorators Ltd.
This is initially approximately 2 weeks' self-employed subcontract work, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right decorators.
