Our luxury jewellery boutique at Centre:MK will celebrate its first anniversary on 1st October, marking a fantastic first year for the newest addition to the Pravins family. As we continue to grow and build on that success, we’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our team.

With boutiques in Reading, Cardiff and Centre:MK, we’re proud to be continuing our growth while staying true to the values that have shaped Pravins for over five decades.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support the continued success and growth of our Centre:MK boutique.
This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, inspire and develop the team, drive sales performance and ensure every client receives the exceptional level of service Pravins is known for.
You’ll also play an important role in the day-to-day running of the boutique, taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence and helping to maintain the high standards expected of a luxury jewellery environment.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Assistant Manager or an ambitious Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career. Full training and development will be provided, including internal support and external professional courses.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the boutique
Leading and motivating the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
Driving sales performance and helping the team achieve and exceed targets
Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
Supporting team schedules, stock takes and daily store operations
Coaching and developing team members through training and regular feedback
Maintaining immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Building strong client relationships and supporting the team in delivering exceptional experiences
Upholding the Pravins values of excellence, care and trust in everything we do
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally at supervisory or management level
A genuine passion for people, sales and exceptional customer service
Outstanding communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Natural leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others
Strong organisation, attention to detail and a high level of personal responsibility
Someone ambitious, enthusiastic and ready to develop their career within a growing luxury business
A passion for jewellery and creating memorable experiences for clients
