What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in motor sales or a customer-focused sales environment
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Proven ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
- Confident, target-driven and motivated to succeed
- Organised, proactive and results-focused mindset
- A positive attitude with strong self-discipline and a desire to be the best
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase journey
- Manage your diary, follow up leads and conduct test drives
- Develop expert knowledge of Toyota’s industry-leading products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience
