Bawso is the lead organisation in Wales providing practical and emotional support to black minority ethnic (BME) and migrant victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, Female Genital Mutilation and forced marriage.
We are seeking to appoint for the following position:
Advice and Guidance Caseworker
Location: Wrexham
Hours: 22.5 hours per week,
Starting Salary: £ 26,300 per annum pro rata
Fixed term contract up 31st March 2027 subject to funding
Role:
Provide practical advice and support to sanctuary seekers and newly granted refugees, helping them navigate housing and welfare needs, complete forms, access services, and connect with local authorities and organisations. You will work collaboratively with key partners, maintain accurate client records, and facilitate interpretation where required.
