The role of Operations manager will be responsible for F&B, Reception & Housekeeping.
Reporting in to the General manager and owners, you will be a front facing leader with a hands on mentality who loves to get things done. Ideally your experience will be in F&B and rooms at the budget end of the market with an understanding of the demands of the Edinburgh tourist.
With two sites operating and a third in build, this is a unique opportunity to join an independent with people who really care that is in growth.
Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
