We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team and work nights at The Partnership in Care, Hazell Court, Sudbury.
Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide junior staff members
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide quality care for our residents
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
