At the Blue Bell we aim to exceed our guests expectations every time! We are looking for a confident and friendly bar person to compliment our team. Come and help us deliver the AA rosette experience we have become known for. Part time positions available for immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- A good working knowledge of cocktail preparation is essential.
- Barista training essential.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly yet professional manner
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed and report any equipment issues to management.
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Above all a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
