Commis Chef (Full Time Seasonal Contract) starting at £15.00ph + Subsidised Travel Expenses

We are a family run pub in the heart of Studland village right on the beach. We are 3 miles from Swanage and 7 miles from Bournemouth via the Sandbanks ferry and the village lies on the Breezer Bus Route 50 (Swanage - Bournemouth Train Station).
- We are looking for motivated, friendly people to join our team
- COMMIS CHEF positions are available immediately on a FULL TIME (seasonal contract) basis
- For this position your own transport is essential
Experience is preferable for the starting salary of £15.00. If you do not have experience we will provide on the job training so it is not vital that you have kitchen / cooking experience but the starting salary will be lower. If you are willing to put in the work, we will train you!
Duties & Responsibilities
- We will train you to be able to reproduce consistent food (cold & hot) every time
- You will be ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are continually adhered to Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean and free of clutter
- You will Learn about the kitchen areas and be trained to work on every section of the cook line
- You will learn to work & manage a high pressure busy section
- You are happy to work at pace & understand how to multi task effectively - You never say 'that's not my job', we all work as a team together (including occasionally washing up!)
- Good conversational English is helpful
Your working hours will include evenings and weekends so your own transport is preferable but not essential.
