Role Summary:
We are seeking a GMC-registered Aesthetic Doctor with proven experience in aesthetic medicine to join our established and growing clinic.
The successful candidate will be confident delivering a range of advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments, including injectable procedures and skin rejuvenation therapies. Experience with treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, PRF, PRF Biofiller, exosome treatments and other skin-stimulation or regenerative procedures would be highly desirable.
We are looking for a practitioner with excellent knowledge of facial anatomy, a strong clinical approach and a genuine commitment to patient safety and care. You should be confident assessing individual patients, creating tailored treatment plans and delivering natural, considered results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a warm, patient-focused manner are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history, clinical assessment and suitability for treatment
- Assess individual patient needs and develop safe, personalised treatment plans based on their goals and clinical indications
- Deliver a range of advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, PRF, PRF Biofiller, exosome therapies and other skin-stimulation treatments
- Ensure all treatments are carried out to a high clinical and professional standard, with a strong focus on patient safety and natural-looking outcomes
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, consent and photographic documentation where appropriate
- Work in accordance with GMC and CQC requirements, relevant clinical guidance and the clinic’s internal policies and protocols
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment advice, including appropriate aftercare and management of potential complications
- Build positive, professional relationships with patients and provide a high standard of care throughout their treatment journey
Essential Requirements:
- Full and unrestricted GMC registration with a licence to practise
- A recognised qualification in aesthetic medicine, ideally at Level 7 or equivalent, with appropriate training in the treatments being offered
- Demonstrable training and competency in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers, with advanced techniques preferred
- Appropriate clinical training and experience in injectable and non-surgical aesthetic procedures
- Experience or formal training in PRP, PRF, PRF Biofiller, Exosomes and/or regenerative and skin-stimulation treatments is highly desirable
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to maintaining clinical competence
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, consent and the management of potential complications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A professional, ethical and patient-centred approach, with a strong commitment to safety and high standards of clinical care
Desirable:
- Membership of a recognised professional or aesthetic organisation such as BACN, BCAM or equivalent
- Experience working within a private, premium or patient-focused aesthetic setting
- Additional qualifications or training in regenerative aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, skin rejuvenation or advanced injectable treatments
- Experience with a broad range of non-surgical aesthetic and regenerative procedures
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping up to date with developments in aesthetic medicine
