Role Overview: As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales function by managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the sales and operations teams. Your role will be focused on handling customer inquiries, scheduling surveys, maintaining records, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about our professional damp survey services.
Lead Management & Coordination:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales pipeline.
- Liaise with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
Marketing & Campaign Support:
- Support the creation of marketing and sales materials, including follow-up emails and call scripts.
- Gather customer feedback to help refine marketing messages and sales strategies.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare sales reports and assist in monitoring KPIs.
- Ensure smooth handovers from sales to operations for service delivery.
- Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Coordinate appointments and bookings for surveyors, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support and co-ordination role (experience in construction, property services, or related industries is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
