Love Sport and Ready to Make a Real Impact?
Imagine a job where you’re not stuck behind a desk. Where your energy, your passion, and your love for sport actually matter. A job where you’re outdoors, active, and making a difference to the lives of young people.
This is more than a job — it’s a calling. If you're someone who:

What You'll Do (and Why It's Incredible)
You’ll be the Sports Coach every kid remembers — the one who made sport exciting, inclusive, and something they actually wanted to do.You’ll lead fun, high-energy PE and engaging lessons, lead after-school clubs that feel like mini festivals, and inspire kids to move more, try harder, and believe in themselves.
Oh — and you won’t just coach. You’ll lead. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor other coaches, help shape school-wide sport strategies, and bring big energy to our growing team.
You're Perfect for This If You:

- Have a recognised coaching qualification and some experience in schools or youth clubs
- Want more than a job — you want a role where you make a difference
- Are organised, reliable, and not afraid to take the lead
- Have a clean Enhanced DBS and full driving licence (because you’ll be travelling to different schools)
- This roles requires 4 days in Bristol, 1 day in Bath
