This well loved bakery is looking for an inspiring, skilful leader to join the team. You'll need to be comfortable with leading the team, developing and training your colleagues and be oh so passionate about all things viennoiserie. Yes, there's creative freedom here, but also staples that won't change.
Culture is of utmost important here and so as well as a skilful baker and leader, we're looking for somebody who will continue the brilliant working atmosphere. Previous experience working with volume is also key, and doing so whilst working with artisan ingredients. Whilst producing high volumes this place is all about quality. From an operational perspective there is lots of support, and so what's really important for this role is being that hands-on leader that can trouble shoot and support the team , enabling them to produce the very best pastries and loaves.
