## Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Assistant to assist running our office at a furniture manufacturering busines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operation.
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Dealing with client enquiries and orders.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assisting with office organisation and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilising computerised systems for tasks such as scheduling and data management.
- Preparing invoice and quotations.
- Must have experience using Excel, Microsoft and Sage accounting.
## Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic office tasks including typing, data entry, and clerical duties, Excel and Sage accounting.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and office procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
