- Monday- Friday 10am-7pm (one weekend on in 4)
- Working with a fleet of 70 trucks & 130 trailers
- Plan and manage drivers, vehicles and sub-contractors to allocated routes and loads for collections
- Ensuring route plans are planned efficiently and most effectively for the Driver
- Brief and debrief drivers
- Ensuring information is accurately communicated to Drivers
- Leading customer excellence with all customers
- Keep up to date with current legislation regarding Road Haulage regulations
- Update company systems to ensure efficient operations
