We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are a small but close team that we are excited to expand!
Responsibilities
- Serve food items in accordance with established standards and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and dining areas
- Follow food safety procedures diligently to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Serve guests efficiently, taking orders accurately and delivering them promptly
- Learning the menu and keeping on top of stock
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing friendly guest interactions
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Support with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or catering environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving techniques and guest service excellence
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of service
