Be Part of the Daily Sales Action
From managing active promotional setups and delivering persuasive brand presentations to tracking team conversion metrics, you'll be actively involved in every phase of our commercial operations.
Working alongside experienced campaign leads and mentors, you'll oversee daily account sign-ups, coach team members on pitch techniques, and ensure every live event meets high presentation standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily promotional setups and driving individual and team customer acquisition targets
- Participating in shift huddles, target setting, pitch workshops, and team coaching sessions
- Representing partner brands with confidence, enthusiasm, and professional clarity across active venues
- Tracking daily conversion KPIs, evaluating sales metrics, and updating internal CRM systems
- Learning operations management, campaign strategy, inventory logistics, and client reporting
- Mentoring newer associates to improve objection handling, pitch presentation, and closing skills
