We are looking for a caring, reliable, and professional individual to support one of our young people during the transportation to and from school.
As a Taxi Escort, you will help ensure young passengers travel safely, comfortably, and on time. You will provide reassurance, supervision, and support throughout the journey, working closely with drivers, parents/carers, schools, and transport coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany children and young people during transport journeys.
- Ensure of the young persons' safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Provide assistance when boarding and leaving the vehicle where appropriate.
- Provide a calm, supportive, and positive environment during travel.
- Maintain appropriate behaviour management and safeguarding practices.
- Communicate any concerns or incidents promptly to the relevant manager.
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and transport procedures.
