The Guildhall Practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our established, multidisciplinary team in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
With clinics located in Kings Heath, Edgbaston and Kidderminster. Our practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient centred care through collaboration with Osteopaths, sports therapists, and other healthcare professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical health.
Duties
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions through detailed examinations.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to enhance recovery.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and self-care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.
Requirements
- A qualified, experienced HCPC - registered Physiotherapist
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- A compassionate approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also being able to work independently when required.
