In Advanced Clinical Practice you will be integral to the closed hand trauma pathway working within orthopaedic and plastic hand clinics. The post-holder will be expected to work with a high degree of personal and professional autonomy, exercising sound judgement to meet the demands of the role with integrity. You will bring leadership and expertise to ensure patients receive consistently excellent care. You will work closely with the MDT and fellow Advanced Clinical Practitioners to drive service innovation.

We are a very busy service supporting our plastic and orthopaedic hand surgery colleagues with elective and trauma activity as well as managing patients referred from rheumatology and the community. We are a team of thirty therapists supported by three assistants working across the Guys and St Thomas' hospital sites so excellent communication skills are essential.
