You'll have complete autonomy over your area whilst receiving industry-leading marketing, systems, technology, training and operational support.

Your Mission
Build a profitable property business within your territory by delivering exceptional customer experiences, winning instructions, negotiating sales and becoming the recognised local property expert.
Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months you will:
- Build a consistent pipeline of valuation opportunities.
- Win instructions at industry-leading conversion rates.
- Generate £250,000+ annual fee income.
- Become one of the highest-performing local agents in your area.
- Deliver exceptional client reviews and referrals.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Winning new instructions.
- Conducting market appraisals.
- Negotiating offers.
- Managing vendors and buyers.
- Building relationships with solicitors and mortgage advisers.
- Growing your personal brand locally.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Working closely with our operations and marketing teams.
