We are seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Empty and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
