Overview:
Hebs Group Ltd. is looking for a Small Works Estimator to join our Estimating and Quotes Team. The ideal candidate will have strong maths and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent coordination abilities and a passion for providing outstanding support to our team, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Our regular operating hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Job Tracker Pro throughout the quote building and issuing process.
- Extract relevant information from site survey information and client quote requests.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers when required as part of quote building process
- Prepare and submit client-specific quotations, detailing labour, access, and material requirements.
- Work proactively and resourcefully to manage workload, ensuring attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor job costs on live quotes, both in progress and upon completion.
- Liaise daily with office staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients where applicable.
- Manage inbound calls and emails professionally, communicating clearly and confidently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong numerical skills are beneficial.
Holiday entitlement:
- 21 days pro-rata plus Bank Holidays
