About the Role:
Position: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Bank Night Shifts
Location: Belvedere House, Banstead, SM7 3HB
Hours: Flexible, Zero-Hours Contract - Night Shifts
Salary: £26.24 per hour
As an RGN on a bank contract, you will have the freedom to choose your shifts, allowing you to manage your work-life balance while still providing vital care to our residents. You'll be part of a passionate, supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to residents during the night shifts.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and update care plans.
Identify changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
Maintain accurate clinical records and report key observations.
Ensure the safety and comfort of all residents during the night, offering support where needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
A caring, professional, and proactive approach to nursing care.
Prior experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
